How can I use my Iphone 5 as a mobile hotspot?

I had this feature on my andriod but now that I have upgraded to an Iphone 5, I can't find where to turn it on.

Settings general cellular to get to the hotspot for the first time then after you go to settings personal hotspot should be there. There is no icon for it

Thanks gina7239! Those are the correct steps! Mfloyd65, what plan do you have? If you are on the Share Everything Plan, the feature is free! You can sign into My Verizon to view your plan details, and see if you're already setup to use it! http://bit.ly/xB4iTc If you already had the feature for your Android, you should still have it on the account.
