I am currently trying to upgrade my iphone 4 to the iphone 5 i have went through all of the steps online to upgrade so when it comes to finalizing the order with a billing and mailing address i do so. but then when i push continue a red ! mark comes up and says "failed to respond" i do not know what to do to fix this so i can continue
Hey Christie91! I'd rather you didn't see any red exclamation points instead of an order confirmation. If this is still occuring, please share the following details with me:
What browser version are you using (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Mozilla, Safari, etc)? Are you trying to process the order using a computer our your VZW device? Have you tried processing the order from another location/device?
