I spoke with the IT guys at my office. I cannot get my work email through exchange on my new phone. I've tried deleting the account and adding it back in. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?????

I'm sure you're eager to be able to access your exchange server on your new iPhone 5C. Lets get things up and running for you. Are you using the exchange option when settings up the mail address? http://vz.to/1gRzGjX. This link will help assist with the set up.
You may also want to use the "other" option as well. You will have to manually enter much of the server settings but it often time can used to set up exchange e-mail addresses.
