For he last 3 months or more, I have been suffering from repeated and annoying drop calls. The strange thing is:
It doesn't drop all the calls; but only on selected callers;
Drop calls are always happening when calling to my wife; and vice versa.
When I repeat it for the second time, it works.
I followed the advise suggested in this website- resetting. The problem still exists;
I wet to verison service center; and they attempted to solve the problem by replacing the sim card. It worked for half a day, and it went back to the same problem.
My question is, how simple and low quality cell phone brands are doing best; while the high priced "high quality" brand of "Verizon" fall short? in a big city called Los Angeles (not in the suburb, not shadowed by tall building; not in a sub way, .... but simply in the center of the city with no excuse to interfere.
I believe responsible Verizon engineers would solve this problem promptly. (I'm hopping they care their customers)
