Great question! Submitting an insurance claim requires a deductible to be paid http://bit.ly/o9N7Nb to the insurance company. Normally, you will have an option to process payment when you submit a claim online at Http://PhoneClaim.com/Verizon or an Asurion representative will request payment when you call your claim at (888) 881-2622. Deductible cannot be added to your Verizon Wireless service bill.
