Oh my, a cracked screen is never good chueyee. Glad to hear you have equipment insurance. A cracked screen is considered physical damage and can be replaced through equipment insurance. If you have Asurion Insurance and you pay for the feature monthly on your Verizon Wireless bill, you my start your claim by visiting http://bit.ly/1MUszFX When filing a claim, there is a deductible. The amount of the deductible will also be available on the website provided. For additional information regarding insurance click, http://vz.to/1I1eAx0

I currently have insurance on my son's iPhone 6S, which is at least 3-4 years old. It's paid for. Would the insurance still pay for damage or replacement in that event?
