I just got the IPhone 5 less then two months ago and the button on top of the phone does not work anymore has anyone else have had this problem as well? I am really upset that this expensive phone is already broke in less then two months. I never once have dropped it or bumped it off of anything and always take good care of it.

Congratulations on your new phone, jillgordon25! I'm sorry you are having problems with your shiny new iPhone 5! Did you happen to get the Apple Care plan? If so, you can go to the Apple Store http://bit.ly/W66850 and they will replace it right there for you with it being a hardware malfunction.
If you do not have Apple Care http://bit.ly/TWUFnK, we will be able to replace that for you.

Go to the Apple store it has a warranty which they fix or give you a new iphone. You could up to a certain time buy the $99 Apple Care Plan. Much better than going to Verizon and getting a refurbished iphone. Never use Verizon for your iphone.
Go to the Apple Store and you will be much happier that you did.
They repair the phone and your not getting someones elses problem phone in its place.
Even if Apple charged me I would rather pay them then go through Verizons jump through hoops.
The Apple Store can tell you via calling them or going to the store. You have a one year manafactures warranty from Apple go to them.
Good Luck

If its been over 30 days since purchase you then don't have it. http://www.apple.com/support/products/iphone.html But it is still covered under the one year product warranty http://www.apple.com/support/products/
