Brand new iPhone 5s headphone jack broken--don't want refurbished replacement

My headphone jack is broken and I only got the phone 2 days ago. I don't want a refurbished phone as a replacement. I just bought this and want a NEW phone with a working headphone jack. How do I do that?

Go into a Apple Store. They will look at any warrantee the device.
