Anyone else finding that the iPhone 5s is using more data?

I upgraded to the iPhone 5s from the 4s. With the 4s I typically used about 0.5GB/2GB in a month. After a week of using my 5s I looked and saw that I used 0.7GB/2GB in that time! Is this normal? I'm on the latest upgrade, have my location services turned off, am rarely not on a wifi connection, my apps aren't downloading automatically, background refresh is turned off. I don't want to turn off cellular data when I'm out of wifi range because what would the point of having a smartphone be?
