When I try to pay my bill, after receiving online notification that it is due, I am only offered "Enroll in auto pay." Same thing happens when I go to a Verizon site. What is with that?? I do not do any auto pay. I used to get an option to pay by credit card. Now that's gone, so I go in to a Verizon shop to pay, and they have no idea why this is happening on my desk top!

The desktop version of My Verizon offers me two options to pay my bill: Payment Options or Set up Auto Pay. I've noticed the web site has been having various issues lately; maybe it's been undergoing changes/maintenance. Have you tried logging in again?

@bhuma I'm sorry to hear that you're not getting the option to make credit card payments. Are you able to make payments with a credit card via the My Verizon app? You can also try to make payment by calling #PMT on your device. Let us know if you continue to have issues using these alternatives.

Yes, I have tried logging in again. Still the same problem. I am not offered any other option. Just "set up auto pay."

Is your account a pre-paid or post-pay account?
