I definitely believe you, that's just such a strange problem! Does your phone happen to display 'extended network' when this occurs?

Thanks again for the details. Let's take a quick look at one particular setting to see if it may be impacting out calls. If you go into Settings, Phone, do you notice if Dial Assist is on? If so, let's disable it and try a test call.

Dial assist is off. However, for now the *67 is working.

Good Evening ! This is happening to me as well. I also am a medial professional and would like to blok my number. I am in the Virgin Islands and when I dial *67 the loal phone Viaya replys "number not available'
Did yours just spontaneously return to normal? Mine is still stopped.

sabansister, not wanting to have your Caller ID showing as you call people makes total sense, especially for a doctor. I'd be happy to look into this *67 problem with you. Now, you mentioned being in the Virgin Islands, are you currently in the U.S. Virgin Islands or the British Virgin Islands?
This is important to establish, as you may be trying to use a domestic calling feature internationally, which could be the source of the problem.
