Without any prompting, my phone randomly zooms into a really large view. I found online that if I tap three fingers it will snap it back to normal. I used that several times and it worked. Now the tap method sometimes does and sometimes does not work. Though so far it eventually does work to use this technique, I've had an hour or so pass just frantically tapping at the screen trying to get it back to normal.
Any ideas why this is happening? Any other ways to get it righted consistently?

If you haven't already found the answer, to turn off zoom go to Settings - General - Accessibility - Zoom - and turn Zoom off. Hope this helps
