How do you get your pictures, videos, & ringtones from your old phone to your iPhone 4?

What kind of phone we talking about your old iPhone from AT&T or an old Verizon phone from an mini SD card?

We need more information to better answer your question.

 

What model phone are you trying to get the pictures and video transferred from?

Is the other phone still active on your Verizon Wireless line?

 

If the other phone is still active and is a Verizon Wireless phone you can send the pictures and video to your online album. Then from your online album you can send the pictures back to your iPhone as a picture/video message.
