For the past four days my iPhone 4S has intermittently not produced a ring-tone or vibration for incoming telephone calls. The call successfully goes to voicemail. (As it is sitting here on my desk, I would suspect that the screen is not activated, either, as I have not seen it light up.)
I have done at least two "hard" power shut-down and power up procedures. And also hard connected via USB cord to desktop computer and iTunes to check for most current iOS 7 software.
Is this a Verizon carrier issue, or Apple hardware problem?

Simon.watt.the.fifth, I apologize for the difficulty in getting your calls to deliver. Let's get this fixed! Does this happen everywhere or in a specific location? Are you able to get email and text notifications? Please give more details.
