I accidentally locked my SIM and now I can't unlock it! I am not the account manager and she (my grand-mother) is not answering the phone. All I want to do is find out my PUK.

Have the Account Owner log into their MyVerizon account and retrieve your PUK code or have them call Customer Service to get it:

(800) 922-0204
Monday - Sunday 6 am - 11 pm

I am sorry to hear that you have locked your sim up. We defintely don't want you to have to suffer waiting for the account owner to get the correct code. You should have no problem retreiving the code on your Myverizon account http://vz.to/19UHVt4. Let us know if you have any trouble.

This also happened to me and I removed my SIM card and then restored my phone from back up
