I downloaded the Verizon Cloud app and registered and it worked for a few days ... said it was downloading my pics and contacts ... Now when I try to open the app it says I don't have an account after entering my sign in info? !! ?

It’s important to me that you’re able to successfully sync your contacts and media using the Verizon Cloud application on your Apple iPhone 4S device. I’m happy to assist.


Are you connected to WiFi when trying to access the Verizon Cloud application? If so, disable WiFi and let me know if you get the same error message? Are you able to browse the internet with WiFi off?
