Someone Please Help, I don't know what to do

I plugged my phone and it started syncing, and then a box popped up telling me something wasn't working properly, and i need to to restore it. I clicked ok, and it began the process. Once it was done another box popped up to let me know it was done. Now I can't use my phone. It shows a little itunes symbol and underneth it shows a picture of the cord to plug it in. It is still plugged into my computer, and now nothings happening. I tried to use my phone to call customer service, but it keeps popping up that it will only dial if its an emergengy 911 call. What do i do? Did i mess up my phone? Did i delete everything? Someone please help

You factory reset your phone

 

unplug it from itunes, make sure you have version 10.0+ and plug your phone back in
