I am on my Second phone. I have done 2 factory resets, Used my phone on Safe Mode, deleted a few applications, and still I am having issues. The only time that I experience is when I am using Google Maps or if I am using the Video recorder. Not at the same time mind you. I was on the phone with tech support to see if there is another troubleshooting that we can do. While on the phone, using google maps, it went into cool down mode. The tech said that my phone was reaching 100 degrees. I can not figure this out nor can tech support. Again, this is the second phone, with the third on its way, with the same issue. Is anyone having these type of issues with their S4 or should I get an S5 to see if it resolves the problem. Please Help!!!
