Hi i locked my sim and it says i need a PUK CODE PLEASE HELP!

Log into your on-line MyVerizon account; at the top of the page where it says MyVerizon, hover over that and click on View All.  Assuming you are logged in as the Account Owner, choose the appropriate device at the top of the page.  Under About My Device, click on My PIN and Unlocking Key (PUK), and you should get a pop-up with the info.  If that doesn't work, contact Customer Service.

same here.....I entered the puk code,....then a new code and repeated as it requested.....then it says wrong try again.  Smiley Sad

brigski81, let's try to get this right. Have you tried entering the default PUK code 1111? Have you ever changed your PUK code before? If so, I apologize that we will be unable to retrieve this code for you. Keep us posted.

Braelynn555, we always want you to be able to unlock your SIM card when it is locked. We are here to help you.

 

If your phone is asking for a PIN or PUK for your SIM card, here is a link t show you how to get that information to unlock the SIM https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/find-4g-sim-pin/

 

If using the PIN or PUK does not unlock your SIM card, then you will need to get a new one. You can visit any of our Corporate Store locations to get it replaced for free https://www.verizonwireless.com/stores
