Can someone direct me to where you can get live support from an agent. I did a week or so ago and I cant seem to find where it was

The only time I seem to find "Live Chat" is when I am trying to look at or buy a phone. You may want to go look in the "Shop" area and see if you get the "Live Chat" to show.

i paid my bill but VZW suspend my cell phone n my brothers also n whn i call u guys it says my account is suspended what should i do plz reply me plz activate my cell plz
