The device has a one year warranty from the purchase date when purchased brand new.

Awesome input by our community here. It is true that purchasing a new device with us automatically includes a one year warranty. But if you also included Total Equipment Coverage or the extended warranty feature (which can be added within 30 days of purchase) your warranty may be pushed out to two years and beyond.
