I bought one for me and one for my wife. Mine works great. Hers doesn't. The screen freezes up and have to hit the 'home' button somewhere between occasionally and frequently. Also, sometimes her music will play and sometimes it won't. When it does play the first 5 to 15 seconds breaks up, again, occasionally to frequently. 1st, anyone else having this problem? 2nd, if so, what was the fix?
