I just used VZ Backup Assistant on my wifes new Iphone and it transfered all of her contacts and mine as well. Is there an easy way to delete all of mine from her Iphone?
You can always manually delete the unwanted contacts. Also, if you use Outlook (or one of the other email services) to sync your contacts and basically back them up then you might be able to manage them through that and then re-sync so that the changes take place.

You can use iTunes to remove multiple contacts. When using iTunes to sync your music, photos, etc; I recommend doing the same for contacts. If you have a contact management program on your computer (like Outlook, Entourage, Apple address book, etc), sync your iPhone to it using iTunes. It becomes easier to remove multiple contacts, then re-sync through iTunes.
