My iphone 4 is sending duplicate messages to recipiants over 24 hours later.. And not just one message, its sending whole conversations as if i were typing them, yes, 24 hours later.
Also, it is sending them to different recipiants.. not just the original recipiant. Verizon says its a handset problem, however, I have been having this issue for quite some time, and have witnessed this from other vzw customers with standard phones.
They have sent me a replacement handset, in which thats a whole other nightmare (and have yet to receive it).
@ 145 dollars a month, I think I should be treated a little better, than what i am being treated. Please dont allow this to escalate to the point of getting outside agency's involved.
