Can't get text message icon to stop showing # of unread texts when all texts have been read and responses sent. Anyone have a suggestion? I have shut off system many times, have rechecked all texts, but don't want to delete texts.
Be sure that you have opened every conversation and scrolled through all of the messages
Hey quicktrip and thank you to soupcannon for your input. If you have gone through all of your messages and you are still unable to clear the message indicator. I would suggest connecting your device to your PC and complete a restore of your device. You can setup iTunes to backup all of your data, including your messages and contacts. Give it a try and let me know if this resolves the issue.
