I don't know what a PUC is or even if I need it. I can't get past it as it gives me a locked SIM. How do I get what I need to get my phone working again?

Thank you,
I did go to customer service and they installed another SIM and told me that when I go overseas I need to come back and get another SIM.
Thank you so much for your response.

Is this a 4S? Try logging in to My Verizon and clicking on the device. At least on Android LTE phones, this brings up a link "Unlock SIM (PUK code)" but don't know if that is specific to LTE SIMs. How did the SIM get locked?

Hi there Fridayna!
I'm really glad that you were able to get your PUK code to unlock your phone.
If you do have an iPhone 5 you can access your PUK from vzw.com as Silver6056 mentioned!
If it's an iPhone 4s then we will have to access your account and generate it.
If you have any other questions, just let us know!
Thanks,
