I own a Samsung Galaxy SIII, I have recently been having problems with it freezing and apps crashing. My previous phone was and iPhone 4 and never had any issues so I decided to buy an iPhone 4s on amazon. My question is can I put my SIM card from my Galaxy SIII into my iPhone 4s? The reason I am unsure is because the SIII is 4G and the 4s is 3G. I'm not asking if it will make the iPhone 4G because I know that isn't possible I'm just simply asking if my current SIM card will work in the iPhone 4s? Any help appreciated!

Actually the iPhone 4S for Verizon Wireless only has a SIM card slot for overseas use. It isn't required for that particular phone model to function on the Verizon Wireless network.

no, they use different types of sim cards so you would need to get a sim card for the 4s.

Do you think they would charge me for one or no?

If your wanting to activate and put the 4s on your account instead of your Galaxy call or go by a Corporate store and have them put the 4s on the account they will then deactivate the Sim Card..

Options:
1. Call customer service and have them assist you.
2. Activate it yourself through the "Activate or Switch Device" option in your MyVerizon account online.
3. Go to a corporate store have them help you.

I'm glad that you asked this question ChrisLinger. The sim card for the iPhone 4S is for global use only. The Galaxy S III requires a sim card to get standard voice and data service. As many of the community members have stated, they are not interchangeable. May I ask do you have a 4G sim card? Please advise so I can help.
