We'd love to get you enjoying Verizon services with your recent purchase, kwolf. Typically, the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4s devices are not locked. Keep in mind that carriers typically use different frequencies and technologies to provide wireless network access. A device that works on 1 carrier's network may not be technologically compatible with another carrier's network. You can check a Device ID for compatibility at http://vz.to/U2wgl6. You may need to reset the phone http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-39607/ then restore through iTunes https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201252 if it's compatible.

That will be up to Bell Mobility, not Verizon.
