How to unlock my iPhone4s? I will stay in China for several years.

I am now a student in Zhejiang University, P. R. China. I will be here for several years.

But I can NOT use the local SIM card on my iPhone4s as it is locked to VerizonSmiley Sad. How to unlock my phone? My iPhone get a clean ESN and the IMEI is (removed). Please help me.
