Is there any way to create photo albums? I don't want all of my pictures lumped in to the Photo Library. I have a PC so using iPhoto isn't an option for me.
Yes, you just create them in iTunes.
That's what I thought, however, I'm not seeing where I do it...can you tell me where?

You create folders on your PC. When you plug your iPhone into the PC, Windows should recognize your phone as if it were a camera. You can create folders on the iPhone's drive, name them what you like, then place the pictures in the folders. Those folders will then show up on your phone. The folders should also be in iTunes once you sync your phone. HTH.
