Since I got my iPhone, I have been able to send and receive picture messages. My boyfriend (who has an android) and I exchange pictures all the time. My contacts with an iPhone are receiving my pictures with no issue. Those who do not have an iPhone say they get a message that says picture message but there is no picture along with it.
This began as soon as I updated to ios 5 and I have not changed any settings to make this happen.

Double check your settings to make sure MMS Messaging is still turned on.
