When I try to send email, I get the following message in my Iphone4:
Cannot Send Mail A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The recipient “xxx @verizon.net” was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying.
Verizon store was no help. Have confirmed settings over and over. Tried with and without wifi. Got rid of any other email set-ups. My email is specific to Realtors (mail.mris.com) It works great on my laptop and any other computer I have tried. Not my new Iphone.

I know email is an important form of communication. Do you have or have you had another email account(s) set up on your device? If so, can you send and receive from that account(s)? Does your internet connection work? If the answer to these questions are yes then it looks like your device is operable and there is something with the settings of the mail.mris.com outgoing server that will not allow you to send an email. If that is the case you would need to contact the email provider or maybe check with another realtor that has the account set up on their device and compare. If the answer to the questions are no then we may need to restore your device through Itunes and reactivate. Please let me know what direction the issue points to from the probing questions above. Thank you.
