Again this will NOT work with native +1 US native phone number SIM cards from AT&T or T-Mobile due to competition reasons from VZW & Sprint. If you know computer programming you can change that using the usual methods found on Google.

So if you have a foriegn SIM card with international roaming enabled IT WILL WORK TO TEST IN THE US roaming on AT&T or T-mobile!
