My family and I are traveling to England in 3 days for a family furneral. I have an iPhone 4S from Verizon with account in 100% standing and have been on the telephone over 10 hours, yes, 10 hours, being tossed from rep to rep in Global to other areas just trying to get my sim card slot unlocked so I can use a UK sim card while away. Good thing I am in a wheelchair already! This is horrible customer service and great Twitter material to my 30k business followers!
