I was promised to mutch plan price ( 50$ total) and iphone11 700$ trade in credit with t-mobile. I got txt deal comformation from verizon. Verizon send me iphone in wrong address. After Iphone was return back to Verizon they refuse averythitg what they promice to me.
Verizon doesn't do price matching for plans. A rep could text the sky is purple, it'd be just as valid.
Plan terms are listed on Verizon's site, they aren't going to give someone special treatment to price match a competitor.
