Hello, I have an iPad Pro that is Wi-Fi only and recently enabled Wi-Fi calling on my iPhone and also enabled allow devices to use Wi-Fi calling when my iPhone is not near. One question is does this cost? I currently have Wi-Fi calling when my iPhone is on the same network but I would like to know if I can enable this feature on my iPad and it not cost extra on the account.

However, you would need a cellular iPad running iOS 10.3 or later in order to use Wi-Fi calling on the iPad as this feature would not work on the Wi-Fi only version.
