I’m trying to setup my Verizon app on my iPad
the issue is system trying to send verification code but after it says your device don’t support sms messaging
call to support
i called and chatted maybe 10 times and nobody could help me
any ideas?

I'm sorry you were having difficulties adding the My Verizon Application to your iPad. 10 times is too many times to be calling in. Let's review all options. Do you currently have a Verizon phone? Is the iPad on your account?

What plan is associated with your iPad on your account? I have an iPad with a Single Device 1GB Plan (no voice service) and the My Verizon app installed, activated and runs fine. I use the Message+ app on it with integrated messaging, but with my phone's number, as the iPad's number does not have texting available with no voice.
