You are correct. I've had the developer version for some time now and it's been fairly unstable on the ATIV SE, so I'm hoping VZ is getting close...
This isn't VZ but Microsoft because we're in the developer preview. We're still waiting for VZW to release the firmware update for the Lumia's.
Good point. I forget. Thanks for the reminder. Too early to really tell, but the ATIV seems to be in a more stable mode since the update this AM. Great phone, but the previous freezing and restarting was a bit frustrating. We'll see.
Installing 8.1DP should not void the warranty. The warranty covers the device itself, not the OS and 8.1DP is an update to the OS. Of course VZW Reps will tell you differently.
