For those of you experiencing the bug, Go to Date and Time. TURN OFF the Set time zone automatically. Then set the time zone manually to (assuming you are on Eastern Time to (UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US and Canada). If you check you will see the VERIZON has, as normal, messed things up by putting you automatically on the Bogota, Lima time zone. I guess their engineers can't tell which country you are in!
Just to add...It is NOT a Microsoft update issue this is strictly a VERIZON based issue. I have other Windows phones that got the update but did NOT have the issue!
