The Explorer buttons, either at the home screen or on the apps list, don't work. On the home screen or the apps list, clicking the button merely refreshes the screen. I can go to the Internet, however, through Google or directly go to other sites.
Turning the device off and on won't help.
Can anyone help fixing this problem? Thanks!

experiencing with accessing the internet directly from the explorer icons. It would be my pleasure to assist you.
What exactly happens when you hit the Explorer icon on your phone? Do you get an error message that you can not access the internet? Please ensure the data connection is on by tapping on the settings icon>cellular>data connection on. If this does not work, can you try removing the SIM card from the phone and re-inserting it back to the device. http://vz.to/ZHFILg
