My ICON is running the dev preview 8.1 (works best if you hard reset after the upgrade!)...
When will the new firmware be available for 8.1 devices? Others have downgraded to 8.0 to get the firmware and then back to 8.1.
Knowing the timeframe might help determine how much effort it should be given..

you just lied to your customers. the OEM gave you the update a long time ago, your release date was suppose to be after your review, however instead of reviewing it and pushing it out you claim its up to the OEM to release it on your network, this is not the case now nor has it ever been the case in your companies history. there is no excuse for your ignorance and lies. push the update out, there is no excuse. and blaming the OEM is certainty not a excuse.
