Just keep getting the run around of when this update will be available. I am way past ready for my phone to work the way it is supposed to..

Well, I guess it is time for us to look to another carrier that will keep their phones updated.

The phone worked as it should have when you purchased it.

Verizon does not have to update any device.

Take that issue up with the maker of the device.

Verizon's service is a connection to the cellular and data network.

They do not manufacturer devices.

Good luck with your new carrier.

All carriers make the decision to push out updates from device makers when they decide to do so.

It is not a right of service!

I was told to wait until August 16, then the store manager will waive the $35 restock fee on that day.  I plan to switch to the Galaxy 5 with Android in three days.
