Tired of asking Samsung they say ask Verizon which in turn says ask Samsung which then says ask Microsoft who say ask your carrier! You COWARDS why can't you update? If you don't want to update at least tell us THAT MUCH?? I'm going to China will buy an OEM Windows Phone for $100 with great specs

Will buy Windows Phone 8.1 with great specs & switch to T-Mobile or AT&T. Don't need no LTE gimmick! To hell with it. 3G is fine! Besides 90% of time I'm on WiFi

Good luck at your new provider!

The carriers are not under any obligation to update your device.

Be it Windows, Android or Blackberry.

You pay for a connection to the cellular and data network with your own supplied device that works. That is it period.

Stop blaming carriers for device makers updates.
