I have been loyal to Verizon, waiting patiently every time a new phone comes out on ATT .. I wait for Verizon to get it... by that time there's another new model... I am waiting for upgrade of Windows 8 to 8.1 on my current phone which the rest of the world has... again waiting for Verizon to catch up...
I thought I would upgrade the phone to a new model and get the 8.1 windows that way.. but it appears by all the posts out there that people that have purchased the newest (to Verizon) are still waiting for the new features..
As much as I really hate to change carriers for a phone... something I have been against for years.. It looks like Verizon just can not keep up with the rest of the world.. By the time they make the newest models and upgrades available, the rest of the world has moved on to something better..
As a customer I am tired of using yesterdays technology, and feeling like I get second best..,.
