Why a new thread? It's not like VZW pays more attention to new ones over the existing ones that have enough conversations about this very topic....
You're right about Verizon not paying attention to its customers; however, I'm frustrated and utilized my prerogative to vent.

Maybe Verizon is skipping Cyan and airing for Denim.
Denim has not yet been released and since Verizon is so slow about releasing updates if they do wait then don't expect to see it until next summer IF you are lucky!
This wouldn't be as hard to deal with if Verizon would simply communicate with us. All these posts and I haven't seen ONE definitive answer from Verizon besides a link to their update page! All the while, AT&T has pushed it to all of their current phones. SMH
I would not expect Verizon to tell us anything as long as they have staffers pretending to be customers defending them.
That's what I don't understand. Why can't Verizon just address the question people keep asking? And they're supposedly one of the best in terms of customer service...
