I was wondering if anyone new if you can charge a pre order to your account or if you have to pay out right for it? If you do have to pay out right for a pre order can you charge it to the account after it is released?

In most cases, the phones can be billed directly to your wireless account as long as your account is eligible and the total does not exceed $400. If you do chose to pay outright for a phone, your credit card will not be billed until the order is being shipped. You can start your order at http://solutions.vzwshop.com/windowsphone and after logging into your account, you'll get a chance to see if your account qualifies to have the device billed to the account.
