Playback silent using Verizon's Visual Voicemail app

I have a Nokia 928 and experience a silent playback on my downloaded voicmails.

1) I connect my BlueAnt Q2 BT device to the phone, connects fine

2) I launch Voicemail app that I pay $2.99 a month to verizon for

3) I click play on a message

Result:  No sound coming out of BT device or phone

Work around:  Go into BT settings and deisconnect BT, reconnect, go back into Voicemail and it works until next time.

I've contacted Verizon, they said it must be a Nokia issue even though BT works fine everywhere else on the phone. Nokia said to buy a Nokia BT device.. So didn't get any help form either company.

Anyone else hitting this? I'm going to try another BT device, but suspect it is not BT device related.
