What us up my all GPS? When I play my games I have allowed down load why does it still use up more GBS when already down load it?

Data usage can be tricky and difficult to determine usage. Most games use a data connection to upload scores and allow you to play against others. Sometimes it requires a data connection to actually connect to that games server. There is no true way to be for certain unless you contact the developer specifically. You can always turn off your Cellular Data while using the app and see what options you have available.
