I could not agree more.  I work at a fortune 100 company and more and more of my coworkers who have all been diehard Verizon users because of coverage, are pushing our company to add more carriers as viable options because of Verizon's lack of support for Windows Phone.  From a strictly os standpoint Windows Phone is an excellent product, but from a business standpoint it is a markedly superior product to anything else out there.

Great, you want the iphone for seniors and kids, have at it.  But Blackberry is dying and there is a growing market for a modern business platform.  Nearly every large company runs exchange.  Our IT dept is currently looking at adding both AT&T and T Mobile for exactly this reason.  Verizon needs to get its act together asap, or I am out!

Windows phones are being looked at seriously by my company. I need to educate myself more on them. Have you had Android and/or iOS?

I'm curious how they compare when it comes to music, user interface, apps, reliability (frequency of reboots, resets, etc.).

iOS is the best for social media.  Very smooth interface, solid software.  I had an iphone for a year.  It was nice, but I was never happy using Office docs, etc on it.

Android has gotten much better, but I do not think it is on par with either W Phone or Apple in software dept.  I had far more reboots with Android than either of the others.  It was highly "tweakable" however.  I put those two on opposite ends of the spectrum.  iOS is for people who just want it to work (not too into tech) and Android is for those who really like to customize.

I think W Phone is in the sweet spot in the middle and I love how smooth the Office integration is on it.  I have a relatively low end spec phone (Trophy) and it performs very well.

Why don't Verizon create demant for it?

There were not much demand for Android before the DROID commercials came out.

The thing is, there were barely any demand for Android before the DROID commercials.

Kraftkid, why can't you have both? A phone you can customize and JUST WORKS?

I prefer Android for a number of reasons. The bugs and troubleshooting.......not so much. Maybe, that's where Windows phones can enter the mix.

Would love nothing better.  I was big on android, but I gave up because I want to be able to tweak, but I don't want to have to deal with the issues.  Honestly, I have found Windows Phone to be the right mix.  Have had the trophy for six months and been extremely happy with it.  My last Android was the Droid 3 btw.  I do have a Kindle Fire based on Android that I love.

I must confess I do not like Apples closed system approach.  No question they pushed cell phones well ahead and tablets probably would not exist without them (I have both and ipad and ipad 2).

Well here's hoping that CES, (Nokia's presentation on Monday 3PM pacific), brings some good news for us VZN windows phone hopefuls..  These ignorant bastards need to get a freaking clue and give their loyal customers REAL choice.  Not iOS, Android, or ONE low-end Trophy.  We DEMAND some high end Windows Phones VZN!!!!  I WILL reluctantly give up my grandfathered unlimited plan (snif snif) and jump- ship to ATT for the new Nokia (900) or ANY other high end windows phone.
