Map on Windows 8 HTC phone

Hello,

I am little concern with the mapping feature that came standard with my Windows Phone.  First of all, when I click on the icon to show me where I am at, the address to my house is off by a few digits (my wife's iPhone has the exact address).  I typed in an address to go to and the map directed me literally a quarter mile south of it.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?  Or should I download a Map App?  I sell real estate so can't being going to wrong houses while taking clients out.

Thanks for your help on this.  I bought this phone hoping the Mapping system built in would be accurate since I need on a day to day basis.

Unfortunately what you are using is just Bing Maps. I know what you mean, it is off by a few meters. HTC 8x does not have a built in voice turn by turn navigation system. They are bringing their own voice guided navigation system called HTC Locations, but as of right now, nobody knows when. You can always pay monthly for the VZ Navigator and have a navigation system. You can also try the apps store.

In the app store for voice turn by turn you can try:

GPS Voice Navigation

Garmin Streetpilot

Navigation.

However if you want something good but doesn't have the voice feature, but will still give you the directions, you can try gMaps.
